ur right, its most possible they wanted to stay anon. theres also this recent uploaded wholesome manga abt a tattoo artist and teacher, it was uploaded w complete volume but there was no credits page and it wasnt uploaded anywhere else but this site
i wonder who translated this, theres no credits page ;-;
