BL manga

Anyone here, knows a BL manga about the seme and uke being in a relationship for 2 years. But the seme broke up with the uke 'cause the seme wants to have a child but he can't have that to that uke since they are both guys. But uke beg the seme to stay with him 'cause they can just adopt a child if the seme wants. But seme insisted that they should break up. And years later.. The seme regret his decision, breaking up with the uke. And decided to chase the uke after, and apologize to him. But it was already too late (that's what he thought) he saw the uke being with a woman and child, looks really happy and contented. So he thought, that uke had built his own family. So he was depressed and commit suicide. But the woman and the child was actually his sister and niece. And the uke is actually waiting for him to come back.
