no really, I don't mind who the uke sleeps with but... he has a weird mindset doesn't he? The thing about the 'cheating' (kiss dismissed as because it was by someone who lived abroad) was what put me off the most. I think he knew what the married guy was going to do (refusing at first) but then dismissed it as just a foreign greeting afterwards? doesn't really sit well with me.. there are lots of other questionable points too.
I've read other mangas that have slutty/loose ukes too but they really weren't like this... they still had their morales. Really seems to me like uke has something wrong with his train of thoughts, probably from experiences he had?
