Maybe to make director comfortable with women?
I guess, but the problem seem biological not phycological, since he can sense he is not a woman by how he can tolerate him. Hmmm I hope I find the reason otherwise the whole premise is a massive hole.
I'm still confused why did the other secretary ask him to do that, like he has a point of money to do it but what benefit does dressing up do for the boss, it seems like it's worse since now women thing he is approachable
