I believe second season hasn't started yet. The author posted a picture of them with their baby but said it isn't part of the main story so we will see.
I'm not the best at translating korean, but from what I can grasp s3 is going to be marriage focused, and there's a comment about 2 children there. Whether that part is accurate to the season or it's a response to twitter comments I don't know, but it's in the note.
