It was exactly that line!
This is more or less a love confession by kurokawa. She isn't saying "hey I don't love you back" but she's saying she doesn't deserve it. Istg kurokawa loves her, and she knows now but her inferiority complex is in the way.
I could very much be wrong but that chapter read like a desperate love confession to me
