bl/gl isnt a japanese term.. its used in tons of places; the only 'japanese' related thing is that it was originated/used most in japan. all i'm saying is use your words more carefully. im lgbtq and i just felt the need to say that the term sounded disrespectful because NL implies that being 'straight' is normal. just say 'straight love/ SL' instead. i'm not trying to sound rude or aggressive lol
