Why does he needs money
He lost his job. Wookyung (gray hair) tricked him into thinking he was gonna marry some rich woman who’s father would get him a job as a professor at this other school. So he insulted the dean at his old school and resigned from his job. But since it was all a lie, he lost his job and had to use all his money to pay off his credit card debt and rent. So now he’s broke.
