yes, they are the same people.
Nobu was sent to a bad place (in the next couple of chapters we see what happened to him...you can get the gist from the raws even if you can't read them). In the earlier chapters we know he becomes yakuza and was having relations with Hal (which is short for Harold...he's the blonde guy with the beard that the guy from the earlier chapters used to work for that we thought was dead, but had faked his own death). Nobu was also having relations with Samuel, who becomes a politician it appears.
Based off of the prequel of this part of the story, we can surmise that Hal and Samuel work together to find Nobu and decide to do everything in their power to protect him. Hal at first becomes a cop, then later a criminal (I am assuming he faked his death twice). Of course these are assumptions made from the prequel and we have yet to see this
Could someone please tell me the exact summary of the story of the three children? I understand that they got separated, the orphanage sent weak children to "good" homes, and that the three met again years later. But I want to know if Hal and Harold(the guy with the beard) are the same person only, If Iwaki Tadanobu is the lover of Harold, and What is the agenda of the three children in having their jobs like that of the politician(who was the smartest of the 3 children)? And may I know who is the police there?
