I think they can.
I think they can. I've seen some mangas were the families only want their Alpha children marrying other Alphas in order to better their chances of birthing Alphas and keeping the prestige in the family. So I think Alpha women can have children - female Alphas must be hermaphrodites.
So that's how female Alphas do it, they have a dick too! My curiosity is satisfied, I always wanted to see a female Alpha x Male omega do it. It's unfortunate it had to be under terrible circumstances.
