You didnt miss much tbh. The last couple of chapters were so rushed and the story ended in a blink of an eye. The story became flat for quite a while now. It's obv that the writer didn't have more idea or passion for the story, bc-- (SPOILER)

I just quickly saw the ending.. omg it was so rushed.. ngl it wasn't a bad end and but it wasn't a good one either more like a so-so..
This manhwa ain't really my cup of tea, so I'll be honest I got bored half way through the chapter 30+..
I meant the whole concept was a great idea and all but I was a bit disappointed on how it came out. The things I love is even though their are rivalry among the girls unlike other stories where their underhanded, this girls in the manhwa is fighting fair and square. I also like the MCs personality but it just became like a historical modern TV show where they get eliminated in games but the game here is quite boring (doesn't feel like a game for like more on political problems).
It would have been great it they made it more fun and interesting like a game where ladies are being tested on how to be a proper crown princess. Something like showing their talents, their perspective and the way they cope with problems like they make unexpected events and these ladies show how great they are. It could be swordsmanship, embroidery or huge accomplishments that I haven't mentioned.
In this story it feels like the highlights is being eliminated, problems of the imperial family, public opinions and seems like a concept of gossip about how people see the candidates.
We have different taste so someone might love this but it really ain't for me. Anyway it was still a good read in the first few chapters.
