people in every workplace will gossip. which is annoying and people should mind their own business but that's just regularly not the case so yeah, the new maids will gossip as well if they end up firing the current ones
Might be an unpopular opinion but I think it's normal for maids to gossip. I don't see a problem as long as they do their work and the only negative thing they do is gossip. They should try to be more discrete. And even if they fire everyone and hire new people they will still gossip.
