Ugh same. I mean, I’m honestly not a huge fan of this alternative ending (and the time-loop theory) and I prefer the original one, but I really did want mikasa and Jean to get together. So like...a mix of the two endings would be perfect for me haha.
I also never shipped mikasa and eren romantically, it felt kinda forced to me
I kinda like this ending, idk. This feels more open ended.
Jean and Mikasa never really developed their relationship throughout the series but the 8 pages says a lot about their progress. In chapter 127, Jean had a dream with him and Mikasa having a child together so with everything I made up like a bunch of fake scenarios of what happened between the two- how they confessed their feelings, how they had their first child together, all that stuff.
Wait the ending... it seems like a sequel... I think it’ll be nice to have a sequel that would be a bit different from the original series.
Also Mikasa marrying Jean T.T so glad they got together. Unpopular opinion, I never shipped Mikasa with Eren. They saw each other as siblings while still having feelings for each other kinda weirded me out.
