the story did say that she was mentally affected by the curse so she probably doesn’t feel 18, plus her dad/brothers treat her so young she’s probably just used to it. but she did not get as emotional as i thought she would. like even if we forget the whole fiancé thing the duke literally introduced her to the family she has now, he is basically one of her only friends, and the only reason she’s stuck in this situation is bc she saved him. like why would the try to kill him??? did they think she would be happy about that and why isn’t she more upset. like if she is mentally younger she should get even more upset, c’mon girlie they killed one of the few people you could trust give us more the minimum effort !!!
