Yeah, because remember that Feng Jinyao switched his sperm with Yiyi to make rourou...and Yiyi's sperm was preserved...but one of the aunts stole the sperm i think and made it go to full term...so second baybeee

As of now, we don't know yet how. The baby was just born. This english version is not that behind from the recent raws(3chaps behind to be exact). But for sure they'll take the baby in the future too once everything's settled. :)
Right. And we already have a clue that it's Yiyi's baby thanks to Rourou's (conception) dream. I hope the two would meet the soonest. Seems the baby has powers too because according to RouRou they should join hands defeat the evil(?).. Lol it's a little shallow in the POV of a child but that means a lot considering what was going on in the Feng's family plus the He's involved in here already-- 1. Feng Feng's cousin is trying to court LinWei for power and money. 2. Of course it's Yi Yi's son so the aunt stole the sperm thinking maybe it's Feng Feng's sperm (who has the blood of the Feng) will maybe have the sole right to be the heir.

Idk if it's just typo that Rourou became Doudou or there's this Chinese term for kids like "DouDou". Anyhow, I can understand what they're saying so it's not a big deal.
Lol really the old Hes and Fengs are hilarious. What I'm excited is what will be Jinyao's grandpa's reaction once he knew that "Yiyi" mentioned in his dream before is actually the "unknown actor" he's calling now.
