When you go to someone's homepage next to "follow" should be "send mail" if you click that, it sends you to a private convo between you and that user which you can see if you click the envelope next to the notifications/
(Mobile)
When you're on someone's page, if you scroll down to the bottom/see where their pfp and bio is, next to "follow" there should be "send mail" again. Same as PC, except to view mail you click the three lines on the top and click "Messages"
