Yeah, I was a little bit disappointed... Kiss isn't really that much, even if the boy is 17. but yeah, the author decided to make it a platonic relationship (their words). It is romantic, it will be love, just not physical.
Author mentioned that there are some satisfying stuff coming, whatever they meant isn't clear, I guess they possibly meant cuddles or teasing, but yeah, no actual kiss or anything.
Tbh I always feel disappointed when authors decide to make stories with hot characters + a lot of sexual tension but it stops there, nothing REALLY happens and IF something is happening between than, is very subtle and only implied. It feels like something is missing, you know? It's different when we read a light and cute shounen ai, a sex scene for example just wouldn't feel right, it would probably ruin the entire atmosphere created so far.
Same thing when the authors keep drawing some provocative illustrations but we don't get to see any of that in the actual comic, it's so frustrating.
But anyways, I'll wait patiently for these romantic moments since the story is very interesting, but it does feel like a waste hahahah

Well, I respectfully disagree, because Call me by Your Name and many other movies and shows, even Dragon Prince? So I don't know, maybe they meant PG 13.
Anyway... The story is still amazing, the art is brilliant, the author is a sweet soul, we just have to deal with our sadness and disappointment about not beaing able to see all aspects of their relationship（/TДT)/

Well, the only thing I know for sure is: Every time I see an IG update with the author showing Tera shirtless, I WILL get a little mad and nothing can change that, but I'll gladly continue supporting him bcs now I'm afraid he realizes a lot of people are not happy with his decision and ends up dropping it or going into hiatus
