It's a metaphor. Bakugo sees his love for kirshima as a big hole: is unknown (he had never felt it before), his future is uncertain and he may even get hurt (for the fall). But despite the risks, he jumps. Because whatever it is, it's Kirishima, and he wants to have that experience. Those feelings are so strong that they burn. That is why they say they can even die. But far from being afraid of it (as at the beginning) they treasure it and if they burn, then they burn until the end. (oh something like that xD) That is my interpretation!

I don't get it, can someone explain it to me? Did he die? Why should he burn him? And why did Bakugou jump?
