There are people who pregnant and doesn't show bump at all, my cousin are like that, she didn't even know she was pregnant until she felt really hurt and went to hospital and doctor delivered the baby. People body are different and maybe Louis is the type that doesn't show bump at all, the most his body will show is he's losing his abs muscle and looks abit chubby
