I just wanna make this clear. Dating anyone related to medicine, doctors and nurses, and asking them to more time when you can clearly see they're spending all of it with you, is unfair. Not just people with those jobs but everyone with busy sched in general. They worked real hard to get those jobs and if working overtime to prove thier worth more is what it takes to be successful then they'll gladly do it. Shizuma's situation is the situation of every intern you can find. They're literally the bottom of the chain so they work harder. So people saying, he could just drop those overtime, is like brushing off all the efforts Shizuma made to get that far. I think, Minato understands it too. They just have to talk things if misunderstanding occurs. Compromise and understand each others situation without giving up their dreams
