Its obvious, the artist is trying to draw her hair growing out but the made mistakes with the length its supposed to be at.

Why does her hair keep changing length? I mean in chapter 182, first panel her hair is very long (goes way below the belt she’s wearing) next panel it’s way shorter (above the belt)??? And then it just keeps on changing in the chapter.
