I've read this manga a long time and i can't remember the name at all dose anyone know it? If i remember right the seme is a baker. He gets into an accident and forgets everything about the uke. Seme's family take advantage of this and convince uke that without him seme will have a normal and happy life. They end up meeting anyway and without his memories seme falls in love with uke a second time. But he also knew that uke had lost a lover and still wasn't over them so he didn't want to make any advance. One thing leads to another and he finds our he is the lost lover ( a ring is involved) and they get together again
