Zeke is the beast titan!! I think rainier, bertholt and all the conscious titans are the kids who were transformed into titans.
I was guessing that, that Zeke is the Beast Titan, thus his kind of obsession with Eren too, since he knew Eren is Grisha's son and much more. I really am excited to discover the history from how the chapter ends up to the present time with Eren and the Corps. :D

But I truly feel sad for Grisha's sister. Cruelty and lies really exist in every dimension and timeline. But is that Zeke the one who betrayed his parents? Maybe the mother died, that's why Grisha married Carla. Ugh. Anyway I just have to see what's coming.
