Eyeliner goes under and/or above the eyes depending on how you want your eye shape to be and what the design is
Make up wise, yeah. But since the story is making use of Ancient Egypt, i was thinking theyd have the liner under the eye more
Eyeliner? But like... aren't those meant to be under the eyes not above coz it's mean to lessen the effect of the sunlight reflecting on their eyes?
