Rereading the official chapters for more accurate translations is simply painful. I’ve been saying this from the beginning but this story is far too tragic and unfair to the mc. He made a mistake in hiring people to scare his cousin but anything outside of that is not his fault, he couldn’t have predicted for things to take such a dark turn. Even then, he still blamed and punished himself because of his “sin” but the way he “pays” for it is a million times worse. It’s a true living nightmare and I can’t help but to cry each time I reread it. ╥﹏╥

What does one thing have to do with the other? Once again, my point has flown straight over your head. For the nth time, my point is that you sympathized with Aelock but refuse to at least acknowledge Sasya’s suffering. You refuse to acknowledge that he was mentally unstable and that majority of the things people fault him for were completely out of his control. You saw that he slept with one single noble and decided to label him a whore and deny that it wasn’t his choice to do that in the first place as well as refuse to accept that sleeping with someone doesn’t mean you’ve magically cured your depression and ptsd. I feel empathy for both Aelock and Sasya, I’ve said that from the get go. Both of them went through horrible things that no one should have to go through. I also sympathize with Karel but he was never the point of the conversation. We were talking about Sasya.
