There isn't much that can be spoiled xD raws are at chapter 48 at the moment. There isn't a novel, but I guess I can spoil you a little of what I read from the raws.

There's another 3-some after Main Owen gives Nux a massage. More smex with our darker Owen. More Smex with Main Owen when Nux tried to pee xD
Also to note, Main Owen confesses his love for Nux and it was brushed off which gives you this feeling Main Owen is just gonna vanish with how they ended chapter 48. Nux felt something was wrong and missing, but just assumes when he returns from his classes for the day Main Owen will be there waiting for him like usual.

Well then let's unload that chapter, Nux gets this feeling after class that Owen had called for him, but there's no one there behind him. He heads back to the shared room to find not a single Owen, but a bot that is preparing his meals. He goes to bed and wakes to an alarm he set, but still no Owen in sight which starts to unsettle him, but he pushes it off like "maybe he's busy" and "he'll be back later" the bot makes him breakfast, and then he heads to class.
The moment class is over, he heads back to the shared room only to find no Owen again and goes on this search for main Owen. Searching everywhere he can until he finds a spot he recalls the darker Owen had kidnapped him from, and he remembers the ship connection below that he had used. So he runs down there only to find a red hologram sign in another alien language that might have said something like "Do not enter" but he can't read it. He sits down and is mentally having a struggle. He's starting to think Owen left him, that he isn't coming back, and so on. Practically writing a novel in his head and has to stop his thoughts from going there.
So after a moment of struggling to not dwell, he heads back to the shared room only to be greeted by the bot again with a meal ready. He's reminded of how Owen would make each of his meals. He moves to the meal, picking up the glass of water and just dumps it on the meal depressed.
He then goes to class the next day, and you can see Owen not being there is starting to show its effect on Nux as he looks so listless. Lunch he's just eating, but appears really sullen. Then another frame to show he is trying to look for Owen but not seeing him nearby and goes back to walking rather sullen. That's the end of the chapter.
Ohmygod what a rollercoaster
I know, it's just nuts. Now I'm just waiting patiently for the next chapter to know how Nux will come to realize he loves Owen! (≧∀≦)

Goodness I had to search for this post again. Forgot to give you the update on chapter 50 which is the end of season 1. I don't know if you saw other's spoils of it, but I'll break it down from start to finish for you again!
[Spoilage starts!]
So it starts with Nux starting to mull over how he has a lot of homework and then that Owen has been gone for 2 days. He puts Owen's name in a search bar and finds an article where the Military Owen [tan Owen] had left two days ago, and it clicks that the other two must have left with him as well. He's starting to have an outburst, running back to the shared room. Only to see the robot that tells him it'll prepare a meal, and he snaps throwing a potted plant at it, sort of breaking part of it's head [which you learn near the end of the chapter].
Nux starts crying and feeling like an abandoned cat, references that he is the cat that the Owen's abandoned with no word. Goes on to mull over his dark thoughts. Calling himself toilet paper, trash, abandoned cat, ect. He feels as though he meant nothing to them and that they could just easily leave him like they did with no problem. Huge depressing moment.
He falls sick from how it looks, digs out one of the sweaters Owen left behind and wears it to bed. It was a sad but cute moment.
A year went by, we see Nux in a suit as he returns to the shared room with a bag. He sees the part on the robot's head was repaired when he sees it asking if he was hungry and that it would prepare a meal. He starts to realize maybe Owen had been watching the room ever since and starts to tell the room with the hope Owen is listening, talking about the fact he found something of his and was bringing it back to the room. Speaks about finding a job that has a dormitory and that he'd be going back to Earth until the job starts. As he's talking, it dawns on him how he had fallen for Owen and how much he misses him even still this year later.
Then the chapter ends with a speech bubble saying "Hi"
D: Now to wait until season 2 begins!
