i fully agree, it’s as if the author was forced to wrap everything up within 1 chapter….. like we deserved at least 2-5 more lol .. like the car crash could’ve been it’s own plot point instead of just a way for the LI and MC to reconnect before the end lol

I agree. Plus I feel like the author tried to expand more on the fact that they knew each other when they were younger. It was kinda hinted that the Uke spent time at the family beach house at some point and he clearly didn’t remember, but that wasn’t brought up again.
