i’m not really sure but i think so. basing from his conversation with his niece, where he said he had “something to do” before he could meet yellow dragon, and would not do it yet because he wanted to see his niece grow up, i think he was talking about dying. i’m thinking that maybe it was also a way of atonement for yellow dragon, to wait a few more years and have dojin happily live his life on earth.

Why did dojin have to wait so long for yellow dragon .. like he literally grew old and died to end up with him .. does that mean if he had died in his youth he also wldve found yellow dragon ?
