I don't think it is possible to make a shoujo manga involving an omega and an alpha as the entire idea behind alpha/omega is that they can't control their instinctual urge to reproduce as that is what their bodies evolved for, it would have to involve a beta.
cuz it seem like she is single mother and omega , wish they make some shojo omega stories I am intersted
