Beta = regular guy/human
Alpha = guy with make omega pregnant
Alpha + Omega = babies
Omega has heat cycle = menstrual cycle

Yes, i was very confused at first too. So this is kinda a new trend, someone wrote a doujinshi, and the idea spread like wild fire.
Basically the world is divided into Alpha beta and omega. The beta are the normal guys. The omega gets in heat and can get pregnant. The alpha is the high of the hierarchy and if sexually attracted to the omega.
Then depending on the story it can change a bit:
In some mangas the alpha is so attracted he can not bear it and normally it ends in rape when the omega gets into heat
In some mangas there is something as the fated pair between an alpha and a beta. Normally its like "love at first sight"
For them to be paired the alpha has to bite the omega's neck.
The manga with people labeled as alpha, beta, or omega take place in the fictional world called omegaverse. In chapter 1 on pages 9 and 10 there is a basic explanation of it. Do those pages make sense to you? After reading those pages is there something you are still confused about?

Ok guys i'm seeing this alpha beta and omega thing lastly in a few manga but i don't know what it is. Is it a new term? Can someone please explain me this with simple englis bc as you can see my english is not very good.
