Honestly agree, I thought I saw the foreshadowing but there’s been almost no follow up so far
Frrr, I mean we had little flashbacks to Juho's past but not a real explanation of what happened to him. I think he got a injury that's related to his scar, so Woojin being a physician would've gotten involved with him somehow trying to help him idk ╮(￣▽￣)╭ There may be a story of them or of Juho but it doesn't seem it's going to be soon
I always thought there was going to be a side story of Juho (helmet guy) and Woojin (physician) （￣へ￣）but I'm glad we are having Yi-ho content, it's not very contraceptive, he is adorable (≧∀≦)
