Genre would basically be comedic smut, with some pretty good political plot on the side, so if you like the artstyle and that sounds good to you, definitely recommend. We're onto season 2 at this point, but I'll try to give a minimal spoiler recap. Our horny MC has been isekai'd into a fantastical land, where he happens to exactly match the image of their god. He decides to fake it until he makes it. Priest faction expects his arrival to cement their superiority over the country, and imperial faction is worried about the fates of the common people. Head priest and King both become sexually involved with MC, who starts to change country for the better. One seems to have become the end-game love interest, but MC still whores around (I say this lovingly) and his trauma with a toxic ex-bf is starting to be explored.

I usually don't like it if the MC sleeps around with different characters, but with this manga, I find it very amusing and cheer for everyone who gets to boink xD
