It seems to me that there're two kids in their arms. The one we see the face is E's brother, the other one is their child (but they are not so clear to see, you have to expand the image to see their left cheek)
I see that, im referring to the nsby he holds in his arms! Since he cant be pregnant with a kid unless he cheated i think that baby is just the representation of the child he lost

I think ppl might be misinterpreting the bubble with all of them plus the little kid as him having a child but 1 that would be impossible unless he cheated and 2 i think thats just the representation of the kid he lost? Seems a bit stupid to draw it as as full on newborn but i guess thats what the artist wanted to go with ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ i do hope they eventually get to a point where they can have a baby that would be cute, hopefully in the future
