I believe it's more about an abusive father than mincheol because her self respect is completely broken maybe because of her father's abuse she got married at 20, pays back his debt even though he treats her like shit and is still with him after their 'divorce' because that's how she always knew men. If I were the artist and wanted to imply that she got abused by her father for example when she was younger I would have drawn her differently like in a school uniform or smth.
