Probably because the anxiety and stress that the whole glaring situation puts him through. Or the uke is dumb dumb as a rock for the sake of the drama

Could be anger or inferiority complex because he can’t get passed the glar as a Dom. So he wants to get back at him. Also UKE is not that knolagable about the world there yet so he thinks he can take advantage of the situation by gaslighting him into feeling guilty. He’ll get what’s coming to him hopefully soon. I don’t see this going well at all for the UKE

I don't get his reasoning
Him and Al are both commanders in chief so they should have abt the same amount of workload so why would HE be allowed to be a dom (for multiple ppl even) but Al can't??
