This was an anime I started several years ago, I don't know if it's from a manga
2 details come to mind but I'm not sure about the second one
1st: it was a team of about 7 people, who found themselves in a magical world with powers that they did not control. Their incompetence caused the death of one of them, I don't remember if he was dealing with spells or healing. I don't know more, I stopped there because I was too sad
