Looking for manga

Can't remember the name of a bl comic. Pretty sure it was a manga or at least in black and white.
I remember that at the start the mc(uke) and their partner were having sex and took pills together so they can die together. But the doctors came and where able to save the mcs life which made him mad and would continue trying to kill himself. The story later focused on the mc finding love with the ml.
