I think it’s cause no one knew he had a child so he saw no point in trying to hide her appearance plus they lived in the most rural area so I doubt any really put 2 and 2 together

it's funny that his disguised name is James Brown, but why doesn't Lilith have a disguise too? people would still recognize her from her appearance
