Ikr, it's like emotions pile up and you make a stupid mistake because you're not thinking, just feeling and boom, more than three lives ruined O-O. Also the empress and the 4th Prince, hecc... I still don't understand why the Emperor hated her so much, there had to be a reason and I as hecc hope it's not because she cheated on him with his son and suddenly it turns out the Duke is his son, not brother. I actually like how shocking the story is, but good gracious I don't understand the early translations that well which leaves me with a lot of plot holes >~<
This is the single most messy and gut wrenching use of miscommunication I’ve ever read and it’s done so well. There’s not a single person I hate here because they’re all trying their best in their own fucked up ways and I feel for them. Only one I do hate is the late Emperor, fuck that guy.
