I still don‘t get what the plot is, so far they just be fawking

We read smut for the umm...sex. I don't understand the complaint about too much sex.

Some of us still read for the story and just enjoy the smut along the way. Smut without plot/character development /relationship development just becomes boring at some point

I wholly agree with this. I love me a good smut but if there's no (good) plot there's no flavor to the smut
