I can't entirely put my finger on it and maybe it's just because there's been so much time between chapters. I don't really feel that much between them and this just feels weird. ML feels like a baaaaby... MC may be a ditz and a dumbass but he doesn't feel like a baby... I get there's the time jump and he's (ML) older but he doesn't feel old enough (how old is he lol, how old are they both. Abel mentally and physically. help).
