Not to impose, but isn't the mc have an intellect of an adult since she was an adult, but couldn't stop acting like a child since her physical body is highly influencing her actions? But I do agree with the mispronouncing, or maybe I'm just to caught up in the plot I don't recognize if the story is flowing by days/weeks, or had it been announced that it's been a year.
1. The only thing restricting such an adult born in a child's body will be the limited motor skills & stamina of a child's body. And she is very frustrated about that, we can see it many times. This is the only genuine child-like thing about the mc!!!!
2. Beyond that--this adult in a child's body is displaying:
--advanced vocabulary & complex sentence structure that a normal child wouldn't have.
--manipulated situations in an adult-like situation that a child simply cannot
--A vast "greater emotional control & regulation" than a normal 8-year old child
--very advanced self-directed learning focused on adult subjects (history, finance, accounting etc), no normal child would.
--this so-called 10 year old mc has a fully developed moral framework--on family, friends, life etc, that no normal child would have
--she is not facing identity crisis as anybody in this situation would normally have. She understands death but there is no existential crisis looming. She also thinks things like "He still thinks that I am an actual child", & that makes it very clear that she identifies with her adult persona whose set of memories will be heavily weighing on anything the actual 10 year old child would've thought.
3. That is why---
--cookie obsession & having crumbs on her face, packing cookies & candies in her luggage with no clothes is a problem. Neither her mental or psychological faculties have devolved to an actual 10 year old.
--author pretending that an actual 10 year old can "mispronounce" is different from this adult mc with a full set of experience & memories "mispronouncing" is just ridiculous
My point stands! I didn't make the accusation out of prejudice. I made it after analysing the full set of information available to anyone on the manga itself!

Everything is fine but...
1. Pretending to be an actual child & being obssessed with cookies & candies like an actual child & using the cookie crumbs on the face cliché too often!!! It is is distasteful now!
2. Her plans are great & she's cute for sure but she's an actual adult in a child's body. She isnot 3 years old. She looks about 10. And still mispronouncing??? If an actual child mispronounced, its okay. But she's not. She's a grown ass woman in child's body.
These 2 above points are things the author should stop pursuing. She is very clever & cute even without the above
