Yes you are correct! The only reason he is able to read the mc's mind is cause the MC lost his powers himself. Their connecting factor was that both of them had powers that were strangely kinda connected to one another. ML became obsessed cause he couldn't read the mc's mind at first and saw him as his savior like you said previously
Ok I’m a little confused could someone clear this up for me?
So ml started to like Mc when they met again at the hospital. Convinced himself Mc was his saviour, developed an obsession, and at some point could hear mc’s thoughts. Ig he became obsessed quick bc he also killed the bullies when they were teens, right?
