Ranmaru technically comes from another world which only a week has passed, in nobunaga's timeline 11 years has passed.
Ranmaru did 'look' abit more mature when he returned, but he isn't to the point to be considered another 'old man'. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Ranmaru has different bodies in both timelines, I think his current body did age but he was already younger than Nobunaga so it wouldn't show up as much

Yeah, I'm guessing early 20's and Nobunaga would be in his 30's before the 11 years, which would put Ranmaru in his early 30's now and Nobunaga is probably in his mid-40's.
If we're going by historically accurate, Nobunaga died at 47 in the Honnoji incident, so now he'd be 46. The actual Mori Ranmaru would be 16-17 now but that's Naritoshi (the annoying page) OUR Ranmaru was probably reincarnated as some guy his age in the past, and when Nobunaga found him he bestowed him the name Mori Ranmaru (since he wouldn't tell his name)

I've seen the raws and it seemed like nobunaga heard his "death" 死期 from that guy who killed OUR Ranmaru. Honestly i'd hope he just live. （/TДT)/
