Oh! my roommates a sociology major she did her thesis on something similar, themes of eastern media escapism with western youth; my masters was in neurology so I focused more on biochemical research which is a lot less interesting(well. interesting to me but very niche) always cool to see stuff like this but man did I get jump scared seeing someone mention a thesis in mangago of all places, good luck though! fighting!!

And your research area is quite interesting if you explain it to people in easy to understand toddler terms haha, I knowww right but since I wanted the demographics of the people to be manga readers this is the best place and everyone is so supportive!!!
