Exactly this. Was this adapted from a novel? I just get the feeling that Ido is absolutely beyond detestable if we got the down bad version of him first.

So ido is a complete scum in the novel, ESPECIALLY in the first timeline he basically, physically and mentally abused sejin along with raping him, neglecting him and alot more horrendous stuff (some I could be mistaken since I did read it in the russian translation but these are for sure, but he was a RED flag in the novel)
