That’s not true, to the question “how familiar are you with Hikikomori” if you select not at all the survey takes you to the demographics sections and skips the second section.
I am familiar with the term but I never crossed a manga with a hikikomori. The question is the other one.
There is a question that clearly asks q. have you come across a manga with Hikikomori character - if you select no it takes you to demographics section. If there are technical issues you can try doing the survey on your laptop.
