MC developed antibodies. antibodies are proteins that our body develops to defend our body of extern agents, for example viruses, bacteria, etc.
Do not confuse with antibiotics, which is a substance created to stop microbial (not virus, only bacteria) growth. For example, pennicillin was extracted originally from a fungus called pennicillum.
So, nobody got MC any antibiotics, he just developed antibodies to combat the virus.

The said antibodies, wich you confused with antibiotics. I just explained what they are so it can help you understand it a little better. Tho my explanation is very simplified (and maybe lacking, since english is not my first language).

Why was there a loop? They aren’t in a video game, it’s reality, so that doesn’t really make sense. How did Mc get antibiotics?? From what we’ve been shown, he hasn’t known or been around anyone that could give that to him- also why would anyone have that on hand??
Why was ml in the lab and tampering with stuff when he’s an art major?
Why would the government just leave them all there untouched? If they were gonna make a wall, it’d make more sense for them to bomb everything to kill all the infected. Unless they were trying to monitor it and do testing??
Does ml start to remember himself? Does he have family? He was able to make friends before.
I want to see ml and mc all lovey-dovey together in a normal safe world. It’s a crime that there isn’t any side stories. Couldn’t believe that was the ending.
