Nah bruh, I think takopi yeeted himself because he have seen everything and still cant do enough, for both Marisa and Shizuka.... Life so hard on earth, an alien has to sacrifice himself on your behalf
Toxic Positivity - he kept bringing out things from his planet, thinking that would make a person happy. Same in people, they think that bringing out positive words or other positive things is the ultimate "happy pill".
Insanity - doing the same thing over and over expecting the same result - exactly what Takopii did.
It is by understanding that you can truly heal a person, which Takopi ultimately did - he understood and genuinely sympathized with both Shizuka and Marina.
And that is why I like this manga, Takopi is the representation of the people around a problematic person. The toxic positive, the "you can do it if you try again harder," and then there is the one who understands and listens.
Takopii is the symbol of toxic positivity and insanity.
