Yeah if you scrolled down below the comments section, there's someone who posted the link to another site. There are 50 chapters translated on that site
The s*x scenes kept on repeating each chapters untill it get too boring. MC finally escaped by chapter 40, but he got captured again by chapter 43. Well, at least the ML seems like he started to care a little bit about MC. Maybe just a little bit （￣へ￣）
